Job summary

Medpace, a leading CRO headquartered in Cincinnati, seeks a Site Relationship Coordinator to build and maintain relationships with investigative sites and support feasibility assessments within clinical monitoring. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of Clinical Monitoring experience.
• Ability to travel under 20% to research sites nationwide.
• Knowledge of drug development, clinical trial management and GCP guidelines.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to collaborate with external and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain relationships with assigned sites within the country.
• Support feasibility activities, site selection, and study start-up in collaboration with Management.
• Research site landscape, KOL presence, site capabilities, and regional practices to inform recruitment and retention.
• Engage with site networks and masters CDAs, and coordinate meetings with network directors.
• Provide ongoing site support and discuss opportunities for future business.
• Develop plans for site contacts, troubleshooting, and follow-up with project teams.
• Serve as main point of contact for site performance updates and information.
