Connecticut Orthopaedics is seeking a full-time Clinical Site Coordinator for our Wallingford, CT office. You will act as a liaison, covering reception and medical assisting duties as needed while supporting daily clinical and administrative operations.

• Minimum 1 year in office managerial role with the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist efforts to achieve productivity and quality goals with clinical operations.
• Serve at assigned location(s) as directed.
• Provide a high-profile presence and support to departments and staff.
• Cover receptionist and medical assistant duties as needed.
• Manage daily clinical and administrative operations.
• Oversee copay collections and stock medical supplies.
