Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years people management.
• Experience with clinical research and/or specific functions that the manager is overseeing.
• Preferred 4-year college degree and 5+ years of clinical research experience; 2+ years of people management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CSO team achieves defined goals for core deliverables in clinical studies.
• Hire, train, develop, and retain CSO staff; collaborate with management and partners.
• Lead process improvements and SOP DWIs; support Site Management and GCO goals.
