• Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary staff in mental health services.
• Provide daily administrative oversight and technical supervision of licensed clinical staff.
• Review client treatment plans to evaluate the necessary level of patient care.
• Review case records for completeness, consistency, and quality of services provided, including application of proper techniques; ensure compliance with state and federal mandates.
• Assist in planning, developing, and implementing mandatory and discretionary programs in accordance with applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations by determining type and level of services to be provided; measure quality‑assurance to be employed; and formulate and carry out policies and procedures.
• Review and assess client treatment plans, including short‑ and long‑term goals. Review clinical records to evaluate the necessary level of patient care.
• Complete required paperwork including intake forms, progress notes, treatment plans and discharge summaries.
• Document and maintain client contacts, care coordination, crisis/consult contacts, and community contacts according to ethical standards and organizational protocols.
• Conduct treatment plan review as required.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.
• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

We are looking to hire a facility Clinical Services Supervisor for CenterPointe Columbia. The ideal candidate will be either a master’s level clinician or a registered nurse. Licensed clinical social worker or licensed marriage and family therapist is preferred.

The Clinical Services Supervisor is an integral part of the leadership team and provides leadership to the clinical services team while cultivating the function of the department as an integrated team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary and ancillary support staff in the provision of mental health services to patients.
• Provide daily administrative oversight to the team, with technical supervision of licensed clinical staff exercised in accordance with scope‑of‑practice guidelines.

Licenses, Certifications, & Designations
