Job summary

Extra Special Parents Inc. seeks a Clinical Services Specialist I in Virginia to advocate for clients, provide casework and supportive services to stabilize families in the Clinical Services Department.

This hybrid position requires residency in Virginia and on-call rotation. You will manage caseloads, maintain documentation, and collaborate with foster families, referring agencies, and community services to develop ISP and service plans, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with licensing

Qualifications

• Doctorate or master's in social work with placement in casework services to children and families, or related field.
• Bachelor's in social work with 1 year of experience in casework for children and families.
• Bachelor's in any field plus 2 years of casework experience with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients and foster parents to meet quality-of-care requirements.
• Assess clients by reviewing records and communicating with families and referring agencies.
• Maintain client charts and submit documentation within required timeframes.
