Qualifications

Minimum Required: High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred: Associates Degree.
Experience: Minimum 2 years; preferred 3-5 years.

Responsibilities
PATIENT POPULATION - (CLINICAL ONLY)
  • Engage in appropriate communication, understand growth milestones, and give clear treatment instructions.
  • Involve family/guardians, identify physical limitations, and respond to behavioral health issues.
  • Interpret data, plan care, recognize signs of abuse or neglect, and perform treatments safely.
Administration
  • Answer phones, manage calendars, communicate with patients, handle mail, prepare charts, and manage supplies.
  • Train new staff as needed.
Scheduling
  • Coordinate patient services, manage OR time, conduct pre-visit screenings, and communicate schedule changes.
Data Management
  • Assist providers with documentation, maintain records, track forms, and perform audits.
Pre-Visit Planning, Preparation, and Registration
  • Verify patient info, collect co-pays, relay prep instructions, create accounts, perform pre-authorizations, and register patients.
