Job summary

Molina Healthcare seeks a lead clinical support professional to assist the healthcare services team across care management, utilization management, LTSS, and behavioral health. The role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated member care and align with quality and cost targets.

You will monitor workloads, share performance insights, and assist in audits and process improvements. Local travel may be required across state contracts and settings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in health care and 2+ years in managed care or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide lead level clinical support to healthcare services team and coordinate care across functions.
• Resolve day-to-day issues and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Assist in training healthcare services staff.
• Maintain a minimal caseload and support staff with ongoing member cases.
• Collaborate with leadership on operational needs and program requirements.
• Support care management monitoring tools and daily reconciliations as required.
