Navion Senior Living's Keowee Square in the Southeast seeks a Director of Clinical Services (RN or LPN) for its Assisted Living and memory care community. This full-time, on-site role leads the clinical team and ensures high-quality resident care, 24/7 on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Minimum of two years supervisory/management experience in Long Term Care, Assisted Living, or Skilled Nursing.
• Knowledge of geriatric nursing practices and resident care in assisted living/memory care.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and communicate effectively with residents, families, and health care team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate positive customer service relations and ensure quality care and service standards.
• Incorporate wellness philosophy and objectives into staff evaluations in the Wellness Department.
• Provide direct resident care and medication management as indicated.
• Complete and maintain individualized health assessments and updated service plans for each resident.
• Provide direction on formats and approaches to resident care/service management.
• Ensure compliance with medication management procedures per state and company guidelines.
• Serve on Quality Improvement Committees including Resident Care, Infection Control and Safety.
• Serve as Infection Control Coordinator following OSHA safety guidelines.
