Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks an experienced RN supervisor to oversee clinical and non-clinical services in the Dallas area. You will manage operations, staff, and office workflows to ensure compliant, high-quality care at home.

Ideal candidates have active RN licensure, 2+ years of nursing, 1+ year home health, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with HCHB is preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus. A valid driver’s license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Must maintain a valid nursing license per state requirements.
• Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with VP/Regional President approval.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience within the last 36 months.
• Minimum of one year of home health experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing home care offices.
• CPR certification required.
• Must have a valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Basic technology skills including mobile devices.
• Preferred: management experience and bilingual English/Spanish.

• Supervise clinical and non-clinical service delivery.
