• Disassembles discharge charts accurately.
• Prepares units for peak times with admission and transport packets.
• Assists with patient charges for equipment and procedures.
• Maintains accurate admits log and census records.
• Maintains NICU equipment and notifies for supplies or repairs.
• Orders routine stock and keeps bedside supplies stocked.
• Notifies nurses about lab/X-ray results and processes PKU mailings.
• Assists physicians and other health care staff and supports emergencies.
