We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse for a Clinical Service Line Coordinator role in our Urology (Open & Laparoscopic procedures) and Orthopedic Oncology (Joints & Tumor resection) operating rooms. This is a day shift position, 4-10 hour shifts, 6 am-4:30 pm (variable as needed). Apply today!

This role is part of the Perioperative Nursing Leadership team and involves coordinating all operational activities for the clinical service line(s). Responsibilities include collaborating with the OR Nurse Manager, surgeons, surgical staff, Instrument Processing, Materials Management, and vendors to manage patient care, staff utilization, fiscal responsibilities, and resources.

Minimum Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing
• At least three years of progressive nursing experience with demonstrated leadership skills
• Graduate of an NLN-approved nursing school
• Current Pennsylvania RN license
• Preferred experience in the OR (scrubbing & circulating)
• Preferred experience in Urology and Orthopedics (scrubbing & circulating)
