Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a remote Clinical/Medical Data professional to support medical data review and planning in our Clinical Development model. You will collaborate with Medical Directors to ensure data integrity and timely deliverables for trial programs.

You will conduct ongoing data reviews, prepare safety and data summaries, and coordinate with study teams to address data-related risks while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop medical plans with Medical Director (Medical Management Plan, Medical Data Review Plan, Eligibility Review Plan) and coordinate input from outside experts.
• Regular and ad-hoc medical review of data listings and visualizations; analyze data to identify risks and trends.
• Author medical data queries and review responses; approve query closure with Medical Director.
• Assist Medical Director in patient profiles review, protocol deviation review, and Medical Review Summary creation.
• Partner with Medical Directors for data review meetings and safety review meetings including slide prep.
• Manage project scope and deliverables; act as primary interface between internal team, customers and vendors for medical data review and eligibility review.
• Collaborate with study team to identify data integrity and patient safety risks; escalate issues timely.
• Attend Trusted Process meetings; may participate in audits.
• Acquire basic understanding of protocol designs and disease terminology.
• Adhere to data privacy, ICH/GCP, enterprise policies and SOPs.
