Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks a Senior Scientific Communications Specialist to prepare manuscripts and presentations supporting CRMDx clinical evidence planning, publication, and dissemination. The role requires collaboration with medical directors, trial managers, statisticians, and external investigators, with a focus on accurate data interpretation and publication planning.

The position follows a hybrid work model requiring three days in the Arden Hills, MN office, with potential collaboration

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Ph.D./Pharm.D/M.D. plus 5 years of related experience OR MPH/B.Pharm/MS + 8 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of scientific or clinical research and the scientific method.
• Demonstrated scientific writing ability (manuscripts, grants, etc.).
• Ability to prepare and deliver scientific presentations for varied audiences.
• Knowledge of clinical research, device/drug development processes, regulatory requirements, good clinical practices.
• Proficient in MS Office; graphics software helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepares manuscripts, abstracts, slides, and posters for meetings worldwide.
• Develops strong scientific partnerships with targeted KOLs for CRMDx evidence initiatives.
• Incorporates feedback from KOLs/physicians on manuscripts and presentations.
• Supports clinical communications needs for trials and registries in CRMDx.
• Reviews statistical outputs and interprets data for literature/publications.
