Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Identify potential research centers for clinical research participation.
• Plan and communicate with responsible research centers, organize research reports, and screen projects.
• Support researcher meetings, arrange itineraries, accompany, and receive experts.
• Assist in negotiating clinical trial protocols at research centers.
• Support processes related to the genetic office.
• Coordinate collection, review, and approval of core documents for research center launch.
• Prepare and distribute drugs and experimental materials before research center and department launches.
• Coordinate scheduling and work planning.
• Manage communication with institutions and ethics regarding hospital processes and monitoring after center launch.
• Complete additional support tasks assigned to clinical operations.
• Oversee research center progress within the management department.
• Guide and assist team members, researchers, and institutions in establishing and maintaining good relationships.
• Assist in resolving research center issues and update the workflow database.
• Coordinate quality control and closing processes, ensuring timely signing and stamping of application materials.
• Promote the company's brand at clinical institutions, organize promotional activities, and facilitate strategic hospital-company collaborations.
