School Social Worker (LCSW or LMSW-cc)

Western Foothills Regional Program is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team serving students with significant social, emotional, and behavioral needs. WFRP is a therapeutic day treatment program that combines individualized academic instruction with intensive behavioral and social-emotional supports to help students experience success in school.

The clinical social worker will provide individual and group therapeutic interventions, support students in developing emotional regulation and coping skills, collaborate with teachers and behavioral support staff, and work closely with families and sending districts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with complex behavioral and mental health needs, a strong understanding of trauma-informed and relationship-based practices, and the ability to work collaboratively in a therapeutic educational setting.

Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $44,860 to $87,600 Per Year
