How you will make an impact:
• Serves as main point of contact within the Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business unit for assigned territory and/or customer base while acquiring understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
• Develops and closes new business opportunities with existing customers and identifies areas of improvement to meet sales targets while contributing to development of short-term region plan
• Builds and manages strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and other influencers in assigned region to push Edwards positioning in the market influencing less complex buying decisions using tact and diplomacy
• Other incidental duties
What you will need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree in related field
3+ years’ experience of sales experience required
Clinical support/in servicing experience preferred
Cardiovascular/cardiac knowledge preferred

• Acquires knowledge of the core strengths and limitations of own products and competitor products
• Builds knowledge of BU strategy, selling model, medical devices industry and selling environment of own region
• Develops basic knowledge of assigned accounts and their challenges
• Acquires understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strict attention to detail
• Explains basic product information to customers and learns to explain product value compared to competitor offerings
• Starts building relationships and ongoing interactions with relevant customer contacts
• Influences less complex buying decisions using tact and diplomacy
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
