We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team and expand market presence. The Clinical Sales Specialist is a key member of the Avanos Sales team responsible for driving the clinical aspects of the sale through education, physician and staff support during product trials, and new account implementations in healthcare settings. The role supports the Capital sales process and additional adoptions at existing accounts as a technical expert.
The ideal candidate will use personal skills, technical knowledge, and product expertise to assist the Field Sales Team in building and maintaining relationships with key facility staff to support sales growth for the Surgical Pain Management Division. Responsibilities include presenting Pain Management products to healthcare workers, assisting at professional trade shows & cadaveric workshops, and developing expertise in reimbursement related to Surgical Pain Management and related therapies. The candidate will also develop and maintain knowledge of competitive and complementary pain management therapies.

Salary Range:
The anticipated base pay range is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00. This role is eligible for an incentive compensation program and benefits. Pay ranges may vary by location.
