Clinical Sales Specialist II, Periperative
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical customers in the Perioperative portfolio, providing expert guidance.
- Assist sales teams by identifying evaluation opportunities and supporting clinicians during procedures while promoting company technology.
- Assess clinical needs, manage product transitions, and provide ongoing training and troubleshooting support.
- Gather customer feedback to help shape marketing strategies, sales tools, and business plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive insights, and best practices in hemodynamic monitoring and fluid therapy by engaging with relevant associations.
- Keep current with evolving standards and guidelines from key industry organizations.
- Use evidence-based research to offer clinical recommendations.
- Complete administrative tasks efficiently, including expense reporting, communication, conference participation, market research, competitor analysis, and CRM updates.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 5 years of clinical experience, ideally in critical care.
- Deep understanding of critical care practices.
- Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to apply evidence-based practices to improve clinical outcomes.
- Strong team player who can work independently and collaboratively.
- Creative thinker with a solutions-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Willing and able to travel 70–80% of the time.
Education
- Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse preferred
