Clinical Sales Specialist II, Periperative
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical customers in the Perioperative portfolio, providing expert guidance.
  • Assist sales teams by identifying evaluation opportunities and supporting clinicians during procedures while promoting company technology.
  • Assess clinical needs, manage product transitions, and provide ongoing training and troubleshooting support.
  • Gather customer feedback to help shape marketing strategies, sales tools, and business plans.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive insights, and best practices in hemodynamic monitoring and fluid therapy by engaging with relevant associations.
  • Keep current with evolving standards and guidelines from key industry organizations.
  • Use evidence-based research to offer clinical recommendations.
  • Complete administrative tasks efficiently, including expense reporting, communication, conference participation, market research, competitor analysis, and CRM updates.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 5 years of clinical experience, ideally in critical care.
  • Deep understanding of critical care practices.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to apply evidence-based practices to improve clinical outcomes.
  • Strong team player who can work independently and collaboratively.
  • Creative thinker with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Willing and able to travel 70–80% of the time.
