A leading company in medical technology seeks a Clinical Sales Specialist II for the Perioperative product portfolio. This role involves providing clinical education, influencing practices in critical care, and collaborating with sales to enhance customer experiences. Successful candidates will have strong clinical expertise and proven communication skills, along with a commitment to improving patient outcomes through implementing advanced technologies.
Responsible for providing clinical education and driving opportunities for the Perioperative product portfolio. Serves as a key member in evaluations and clinicals implementations. Focuses on influencing clinical practice and operational efficiencies based on evidence-based best practices related to the hemodynamic monitoring of critical care, surgical oncology, and general surgery patients. Assists customers to incorporate evidence-based standards and guidelines into clinical practice with a goal to improve clinical outcomes through the protocolized implementation of Masimo Perioperative technologies. Develops relationships, leads clinical training, and works closely with sales to develop and implement educational events for customers with the goal of sharing best practices and the safe adoption and use of Masimo Perioperative products.

Anticipated Salary Range:
Actual salary placement within these ranges depends on a variety of factors, including skills, education, and professional experience. This position is also eligible for variable compensation of up to $20,000, based on achievement of 100% of annual performance objectives.
Physical requirements/Work Environment
This position primarily works in a field sales environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Must be able to lift, carry and transport equipment weighing up to 60lbs. Must be able to travel both domestically and locally (up to 60%-80% of the time), so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver's license is required.
