Sales Responsibilities

The CS is accountable for implementing the sales strategies for approved products, consistent with Corcept’s compliance standards and all applicable legal requirements, targeting healthcare providers and hospital systems within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and develop professional relationships with influential high prescribers and thought leaders to enhance Corcept's brand and product loyalty.
  • Leverage expertise in the therapeutic disease state, marketplace, competitors, and industry to manage business opportunities and challenges effectively.
  • Develop and implement effective customer-specific territory plans and communicate insights internally.
  • Prioritize time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of physician specialists based on opportunity and potential.
  • Plan and participate in education programs and speaker dinners.
  • Manage territory expenses and budget to support sales and marketing activities.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications, or Technical Proficiencies:
  • Proven track record of high performance.
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional work skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 100%, including up to 40% overnight.
  • Maintain a driving record compliant with company policy.
  • Able to lift/move up to 35 pounds.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years sales experience, preferably with recent endocrine relationships, specialty therapeutic, hospital, or orphan drugs.
Compensation

The expected pay range is $140,000 - $155,000, with variations based on location, experience, and skills.

Employment Authorization

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. full-time.
