Noah Medical is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative to own a regional revenue plan and lead market expansion for our robotic platform in the U.S. You will drive clinical adoption, build executive relationships, and guide customers through complex health-system decisions.

The role requires 3+ years in medical device sales, strong clinical credibility, and a willingness to travel 50–75%. This full‑time position supports hybrid work options and regional field coverage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience, medical device preferred.
  • Experience and comfort selling in a clinical setting.
  • Ability to develop expertise and demonstrate credibility quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively utilize a CRM to manage and track progress against strategic priorities.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a check of a driver's record.
  • Willingness to travel 50–75%.

  • Engage both clinical and executive stakeholders independently.

About The Team

The Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) reports to the Clinical Sales Manager/Director and is directly accountable for full territory revenue performance, programmatic growth, and strategic account expansion.

This is a quota-carrying, outside sales role with full territory ownership. The CSR leads territory strategy, drives system adoption, increases case volume, expands account footprint, and builds executive alignment to deliver sustained commercial success.

The CSR operates as an independent commercial leader within their geography.

About You - Required
