Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders, including pulmonologists and thoracic surgeons
  • Provide in-depth clinical education and training to customers on the robotic lung navigation system
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices
  • Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
  • Experience and comfort selling in a clinical setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting physicians through the learning curve with a technical product or procedure
  • Knowledge of pulmonary, thoracic oncology, radiology, and endoscopy procedures
  • Program and/or market development experience
  • Early commercial/startup experience
