Job summary

Heritage Health - Idaho is seeking a Manager of Clinical Safety and Quality to lead an organization-wide patient-safety and clinical-risk program. This role blends leadership with part-time clinical duties to close care gaps, spanning operations, quality, compliance, and care management across locations.

The position emphasizes proactive risk management, learning culture, and measurable system improvements, while supporting clinical quality initiatives under the CMO and leadership team.

Qualifications

• Licensed healthcare provider in Idaho with NP credentials.
• Experience in patient safety, risk and quality improvement.
• Administrative/management background in primary care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient-safety program governance and reporting to leadership.
• Manage safety events, near-misses, and corrective actions.
• Prioritize clinical-risk areas and drive improvement initiatives.
• Support FTCA-related risk management and documentation.
• Promote safety culture, education, and dashboards.
• See patients to support care-gap closure when needed.
