Job summary

Springfield Clinic seeks a Provider Clinical Rotations & Recruitment Specialist to oversee placements, onboarding, and experience for medical students, residents, fellows, CRNA/APRN/PA students rotating through the clinic.

You will build proactive provider pipelines, coordinate recruitment initiatives, plan events with academic partners, manage communications, and support sourcing and relationship management to align with future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred, with knowledge of the physician and provider community.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical placements and onboarding for rotating students.
• Manage rotation logistics for multiple programs and learners.
• Maintain rotation inbox and ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
• Develop regular communication with academic programs and partners.
• Provide engagement with students (welcome materials, surveys, feedback collection).
• Support recruitment initiatives and campus events to build pipelines.
