Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited program with 3 years of clinical experience or ADN with 5 years' experience
• Massachusetts RN license is required
• CPR certification at hire and periodically renewed
• Strong critical thinking, decisive judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and provide nursing care for patients under provider orders
• Document patient responses to care and changes in condition accurately
• Maintain up-to-date nursing knowledge and comply with safety procedures
• Educate patients on health promotion and preventive care
• Contribute to quality improvement, peer review, and continuing education
