Job summary

ProHealth Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse to provide professional nursing care within clinical areas across its campuses. The role emphasizes combining theoretical knowledge with clinical experience, using a patient- and family-centered approach while following staffing matrices.

The Clinical Nurse will supervise and direct delegated nursing tasks commensurate with their training and demonstrated abilities, ensuring safe, effective care for patients and families in a dynamic health system.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wisconsin.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, or ability to obtain upon hire.
• NIHSS Certification, or ability to obtain upon hire.
• PEARS certification, or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care within clinical areas/campuses as required by staffing matrices.
• Supervise and direct delegated nursing acts commensurate with educational preparation and demonstrated abilities of the person supervised.
