OPCO Skilled Management in Missouri is seeking an experienced RN with leadership skills to oversee nursing care within scope of practice and in alignment with policies and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate has current RN licensure in the state and experience in nursing management.

You will participate in quality improvement, infection control, and patient/family education, ensuring high standards of care and safe, effective program delivery.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state.
• One-year nursing management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates knowledge and appropriate use of infection control procedures.
• Participates in Quality Improvement Program implementation and monitoring.
• Uses Quality Life Manual for patient placement and monitoring.
• Notifies departments of patient changes (room changes, LOA, new admits, discharge).
• Conducts family and patient education.
