Qualifications

• Education and Certification:
• Current Texas permit or license as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association(AHA) certification required upon hire
• Advanced Cardial Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) within six (6) months of hire
• Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) or Trauma Nursing Course (TNCC) within twelve (12) months of hire (class selection dependent on director assignment)
• Training and Experience:
• Experience in critical care a plus
