Qualifications

• Required Education: Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Required Experience / Skills: One Year of Nursing (RN) Experience.
• Required Certifications and Licensures: Registration as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia and/or compact license to practice in Virginia. AHA BLS Provider.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Develops, modifies and integrates an individualized care plan with multidisciplinary team.
• Performs appropriate treatments as ordered by provider in a timely manner.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient care interventions are appropriate.
