Job summary

Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead nursing care on the unit and partner with management to monitor and improve patient outcomes. You will act as a resource and mentor for staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

The CNC role requires ACLS/BLS within 30 days, an RN license with a diploma or an associate degree, and a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN license or compact license in good standing.
• RN Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• No travel required.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

What qualifications you will need

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree
