Job summary

Exceptionally Me Inc. is looking for a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) in Ramona, California. This role focuses on clinical oversight and training for the Supported Living Services program, where the RN will mentor staff and ensure health and safety for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, strong communication skills, and experience in medical-surgical nursing, diabetes management, and seizure disorders. Compensation ranges from $65 to $70 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with diabetes management, insulin administration, seizure disorders, and medication management.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Train staff on blood glucose monitoring techniques and insulin procedures.
• Educate on seizure recognition and response.
• Conduct routine check-ins on medical care plans.
• Review medication documentation for accuracy.
