Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a highly engaged member of the care team and respond to care team needs for assistance.
• Lead interdisciplinary rounds to facilitate appropriate care and smooth transitions.
• Apply the nursing process to meet clinical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Demonstrate initiative to improve clinical practice and participate in shared governance.
• Maintain safety, communication, and customer service with patients and families.
