Job summary

StaffMed Health Partners seeks an experienced Clinical Risk Manager to support a large multisite primary care organization across Florida, including Tampa. The RN will handle clinical risk, patient safety, event management, and translate events into meaningful improvements across the healthcare system.

Responsibilities include leading intake, coordinating reviews, identifying trends, and developing leadership dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Experience in clinical risk, patient safety, quality, regulatory compliance, clinical operations, or performance improvement.
• Experience with event review, root cause analysis, corrective action, data analysis, and cross functional escalation.
• CPHRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized intake and triage of clinical events, near misses, patient complaints, and quality concerns.
• Coordinate event review, root cause analysis, corrective action, and follow through.
• Identify patient safety and organizational risk trends across multiple clinic locations.
• Develop dashboards and leadership reporting around events, escalation, closure, and corrective actions.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Medical Leadership, Operations, and clinical teams.
• Support regulatory readiness, audits, and enterprise risk reduction initiatives.
• Route matters across operational, compliance, clinical, and legal channels and track through resolution.

Qualifications

• Healthcare leadership experience in clinical risk, patient safety, quality, regulatory compliance, clinical operations, or performance improvement
• Experience with event review, root cause analysis, corrective action, data analysis, and cross functional escalation
• CPHRM preferred

The client also prefers candidates with multisite ambulatory or primary care experience and experience working across Legal, Compliance, Medical Leadership, and Operations.
