• Suggest alternative medications or dosing when appropriate.
• Review therapy plans with case nurses as needed.
• Escalate cases for multi-disciplinary reviews.
• Engage with providers by phone for peer-to-peer interventions.
• Contribute to clinical quality audits for reliability.
