Your main role will be utilizing your clinical skills to complete utilization management reviews, including prior authorizations, coverage exceptions, quantity limit exceptions, and more. You will perform these reviews independently within a team of pharmacy professionals.

Quality and performance are measured by monthly quality and productivity goals.

Requirements

Qualifications/experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent
• Current pharmacist license in good standing
• 2+ years experience in a retail environment ideally

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Results-driven mindset
• Motivated self-starter who requires minimal supervision
• Ability to make clinical decisions independently
• Flexibility and resourcefulness

Technology Requirements

• Proficient in learning new computer systems, troubleshooting IT issues, and using multiple monitors
