The position is 36 hours per week, with a 12-hour night schedule, and pays $48-62 per hour. The supervisor will lead the respiratory care team, ensure patient care standards, and coordinate staffing and workflows across the clinic setting in Fresno/Clovis CA.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Respiratory Care Program.
• Two years of Respiratory Care experience in an acute care facility preferred.
• License as a California Respiratory Care Practitioner and NBRC-RRT eligibility or credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Assists Manager in evaluation, staffing and discipline of team members.
• Coordinates activity and workflow of the respiratory care team.
• Performs routine and complex prescribed respiratory care procedures to meet cardiopulmonary needs of the patient.
• Schedules and assigns daily workload to staff team members.
• Serves as a professional resource person to other members of the respiratory care staff.
