Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an on-site role in Mississippi. You will provide direct and indirect patient care, collaborate with physicians and the care team, educate patients and families, and prioritize care to improve outcomes.

Requirements include a nursing degree, RN license, BLS certification within 14 days of hire, and at least 2 years in the current unit or specialty. ACLS/PALS are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient appropriately and provide nursing care.
• Administer medications as prescribed.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
• Prioritize patient care and promote safety.
• Assist physicians with procedures as needed.
• Maintain cost-effective practices and resource usage.
