Job summary

Cottage Health in Santa Barbara, CA seeks a Clinical Resource Nurse for our busy Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Suites, including Neuro and Body IR. This day shift role includes on-call 8–10 times per month and sign‑on bonus eligibility.

You will work with cutting‑edge technology on advanced cases such as structural heart, with Joint Commission certifications in STEMI, Stroke, and Trauma. A California RN license and ACLS/BLS are required, with 2+ years cath lab or related experience

Qualifications

• California RN license required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years cath lab or related experience.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Suites.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support advanced procedures.
• Manage on-call responsibilities as required.

Education

• Preferred: Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree.

Years of Related Work Experience

• Minimum:The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years’ recent cath lab, interventional radiology, critical care, or emergency room experience.

Pay for non-physician positions is determined based on related years of experience and internal equity. Eligible employees may also receive additional forms of compensation, including shift differentials, on-call pay, incentive pay, and bonus opportunities, where applicable. Manager and above positions may participate in Cottage Health’s annual management incentive program. Physician compensation is determined based upon specialty and may include bonus potential.
