DescriptionWe're seeking a Clinical Research
Supervisor to lead and manage clinical trials involving human subjects. This
role ensures compliance with protocols and regulations, oversees day-to-day
trial operations, and supervises research staff. You'll collaborate with
cross-functional teams, guide protocol implementation, monitor budgets, and
support data management and reporting. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership
skills, clinical research experience, and a proactive approach to ensuring
quality and compliance across studies.
Salary offers are determined based
on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience,
and equity. The full annual salary range for this position is $92,600.00 - $202,200.00.
QualificationsRequired:
- Demonstrated
project management skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple
priorities, prioritize projects and meet the demands of a fast-paced and
dynamic work environment. Adaptable to quickly changing priorities.
