Job summary

Mount Sinai Morningside is seeking a Research Program Coordinator to support the implementation and day-to-day coordination of a clinical study under the supervision of Drs. Ash Tewari and Nihal Mohamed.

You will work closely with principal investigators and research staff to help recruit participants, collect data, manage the study database, and handle regulatory activities. The role involves coordinating daily research activities, assisting with enrollment and screening, conducting follow-up

Qualifications

• Masters or equivalent with related research experience preferred.
• 4 years of research experience in data management and study coordination; more with Masters.
• Experience with clinical research coordination and human subjects research preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with participants, investigators, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day research activities and support study implementation.
• Assist with patient recruitment and enrollment, including screening and coordinating activities.
• Conduct follow-up assessments per study protocol.
• Participate in qualitative and quantitative data collection and coding.
• Enter data and maintain study databases; ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare regulatory documents and coordinate IRB submissions and renewals.
• Coordinate study meetings and maintain team communication.
• Support preparation of reports, manuscripts, and other study materials.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
