UNC Health in Raleigh is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support cancer center studies, educate patients and families about trials, and ensure compliance with protocols and guidelines. The role involves coordinating resources, communicating with physicians and staff, and handling consent processes and data collection.

You'll work onsite, typical 40-hour work week, with emphasis on protecting patient rights, maintaining regulatory standards, and supporting sponsor audits and IRB

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical/health-related field.
• Two years clinical research experience.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate clearly about protocols.

Mansioni

• Reviews research protocols to assess resources, subjects and equipment needs.
• Educates patients and families about trials and communicates enrollment options to staff.
• Obtains informed consent with HIPAA authorization prior to enrollment.
• Conducts studies per protocol and ensures regulatory compliance with IRB requirements.
• Participates in sponsor audits and regulatory inspections.
• Supports evidence-based clinical practices.
