Job summary

Dignity Health’s Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix seeks a Research Specialist to lead complex clinical research projects, collaborate with Principal Investigators, and ensure protocol adherence and scientific integrity.

You will oversee data collection, management, quality control, analysis, and reporting, contributing to presentations and publications while mentoring junior staff and communicating complex science clearly.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or three (3) years job-related experience in lieu of the degree and two (2) years related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three (3)+ years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and schedules subject study visits and ensures investigator availability and supplies.
• Provides study-specific education to subjects and families and ensures informed consent.
• Collects and processes protocol-required specimens and records data in CRFs.
• Acts as liaison between Sponsor, Investigator, and Study Subject; maintains regulatory and data integrity.
