Job summary

Saint Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center (SJHMC) in Phoenix, part of Dignity Health, seeks a Research Specialist to lead complex clinical research with Principal Investigators to ensure protocol adherence and scientific integrity.

You will oversee data collection, management, quality control, analyses, and preparation of reports, presentations, and publications, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of research methodologies and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor staff.
• Experience coordinating subject visits, consents, data collection, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subject study visits to ensure investigator availability and supplies.
• Provide study-specific education to subjects and families.
• Ensure informed consent is obtained.
• Collect and process protocol specimens.
• Act as liaison between Sponsor, Investigator and Study Subject.
• Enter data and complete CRFs accurately and timely.
