Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Clinical Research RN to oversee the integrity and quality of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to IRB, FDA, and regulatory standards. The role focuses on accurate study visit procedures, data collection, and maintaining participant safety and welfare.

The position involves promoting enrollment, documenting findings, and supporting regulatory activities while coordinating with the research team to ensure timely study completion and quality audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited college/university (required)
• Experience with clinical research trials and data collection is preferred
• Current RN license and BLS required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research studies in a team approach per protocol and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with study protocols and complete accurate data collection for each subject
• Recruit and document eligibility and maintain subject records
• Provide data management for research participants and assist with audits and regulatory submissions
