Talentify is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist in Denver, CO to support billing, collections, and related financial operations for clinical research sponsors. You will partner with Clinical Operations, Finance, and Accounting to ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and proper revenue recognition.

The role emphasizes improving workflows through automation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to scale revenue processes within a growing healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with complex formulas, PivotTables, data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to identify process improvements and implement efficient workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and manage sponsor invoices based on contracts and budgets.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with sponsors for timely collections.
• Reconcile sponsor payments and investigate discrepancies.
• Support month-end close with revenue journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain billing records in CRIO and other systems.
