The role supports compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring protection of subjects and efficient study operations within the Providence Swedish research ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, healthcare, pharmacy, or related field; or significant experience substituting educational requirements
• 2 years of healthcare, research or clinical setting with regulatory compliance familiarity

Responsabilités

• Prepare, facilitate, coordinate, and submit regulatory documentation for human subjects research (IRB submissions, FDA-related documents)
• Lead the work of Research Assistants on a task basis; provide on-the-job training and set priorities
• Support project objectives by coordinating workflow and ensuring regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local requirements
