Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of program experience.
• Experience coordinating regulatory/start-up and grant administration activities.
• Knowledge of IRB, eReg, and sponsor regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead start-up coordination tasks, including feasibility assessments and SQVs.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and maintain eReg documentation.
• Prepare grant budgets, proposals, and sponsor communications.
• Manage study-related processes to ensure regulatory compliance and activation readiness.
• Maintain project timelines and documentation for audits and inspections.
