Responsibilities

• Translate clinical and operational questions into structured, measurable research studies.
• Lead research and quality improvement projects from concept to execution and dissemination.
• Develop project plans, establish timelines, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Identify data sources, support data collection and analysis, and interpret findings into actionable insights.
• Proactively identify and remove barriers to keep projects on track.
• Develop research protocols, tools, and documentation to ensure methodological rigor.
• Support scholarly dissemination efforts, including abstracts, manuscripts, presentations, and posters.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, clinicians, and learners on research design, methods, and data interpretation.
