Job summary

GE HealthCare seeks a Research Program Integrator to lead cross-functional planning and execution of internal and external studies across global regions. You will manage lifecycle stages from development to closure, ensuring quality, content, schedule, and budget targets are met.

The role requires 5+ years in clinical or technical research, familiarity with GCP, and collaboration with diverse teams including Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, clinical sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years in clinical or technical research programs.
• Experience with medical devices, healthcare tech, or pharma.
• Familiarity with investigator- and industry-sponsored research.
• Knowledge of GCP and regulatory documentation.
• Strong project management and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead research projects from planning through completion with timelines, budgets and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Research, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Engineering, Product, Quality, Regulatory and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain study documentation including protocols and reports.
• Manage study execution including initiation, monitoring, enrollment, and closure with partners.
• Identify and resolve project risks and cross-functional challenges.
• Support contracts, budgets, payments and vendor management.
• Maintain records in CTMS and regulatory systems.
• Provide updates to stakeholders and assist portfolio prioritization.
