Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Clinical Research Physician (CRP) within GPS Medical to oversee safety programs across product lifecycles. The role requires medical board eligibility, pharmacovigilance leadership, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to drive safety strategy and regulatory communications.

The CRP will act as GPS Medical lead for internal and external stakeholders, support acquisitions, and mentor clinical staff while ensuring adherence to ICH and global GxP standards.

Qualifications

• US board eligibility or certification is required for US hires.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical care setting.
• Strong clinical/diagnostic skills and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide GPS Medical leadership and proactive pharmacovigilance for assigned product(s).
• Oversee safety surveillance, risk management actions and regulatory communications.
• Lead safety assessments and PSA/HHE processes with cross‑functional partners.
• Represent GPS Medical to internal and external stakeholders and senior teams.
• Coordinate safety activities during acquisitions/integrations of new assets.
